An outgrowth which began with kids from our first youth group. Many of these students sought our counsel through high school and college, so a natural “pastoral” relationship continued into young adulthood & marriage. As word got out, folk began coming out of the woodwork!

Today, it is normal for these relationships to spawn from our Marriage ID or Family Camp, as these new friends hunger for specific, practical application toward abundant living. In particular, ministry couples seem to identify us as a safe haven. We see multiple couples and individuals from different life stages at any given time.

Mentoring

For leaders...

In the early days of Levi Ministries, worship leaders gathered in our home for fellowship, instruction, encouragement and accountability. Now, business and ministry leaders alike seek us out for mentoring and discipleship.

Mostly one-on-one, Rich and Allison each invest (weekly) in 2-3 leaders, pursuing growth in their identity and purpose. This has been one of our most fruitful ministries, as these men and women not only impact their own families, but hundreds (sometimes thousands) of others.
